By submitting an entry to the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of WinAGiveaway.com, and that you satisfy and meet all eligibility requirements.

Employees of GIVEAWAY HOST, the Sponsor, its respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, merchants involved with this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win.

Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

If the prize is a hotel stay: no more than one hotel stay can be redeemed by a participant per year.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to anyone above the age of 21, or older where required by applicable law, at the time of entry.

To enter you must be a resident of the countries listed by the giveaway host. Unless otherwise stated by the host, eligible countries may include the United States and Canada.

Sponsorship

The sponsor of each giveaway is the GIVEAWAY HOST listed on the giveaway page. The Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.

Agreement To Rules

By entering this Sweepstakes, the Entrant, referred to as "You", agrees to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects.

The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

By entering this Sweepstakes, You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on the eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules.

You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the Sweepstakes.

How To Enter

To enter the Sweepstakes, follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form.

You may earn additional entries in the Sweepstakes by following the additional entry instructions shown on the giveaway page or the thank-you page.

If referral entries are enabled, the referred friend must enter the Sweepstakes through your personal referral link in order for an additional entry to be credited.

All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period listed by the Sponsor.

Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online, including but not limited to the Sponsor's privacy policy and these Official Rules.

Prize And Approximate Retail Value

The Winner or Winners of the Sweepstakes will receive the prize or prizes listed on the giveaway page.

The actual or appraised prize value may differ at the time the prize is awarded.

The prize shall be determined solely by the Sponsor.

There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion.

The prize is non-transferable.

The Winner, upon acceptance of the prize, is solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including without limitation any and all local, state, provincial, federal, or other taxes.

The Winner shall not transfer assignment of the prize to others nor request the cash equivalent or prize substitution unless permitted by the Sponsor.

By accepting the prize, the selected Winner grants permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner's likeness, entry, and name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Odds Of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

Selection And Notification Of Winners

The Winner or Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor.

The Sponsor will notify the Winner or Winners by email within seven business days following Winner selection, unless the giveaway page states a different notification process.

The Sponsor is not responsible for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email.

The Sponsor is not liable for the Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

If the Winner fails to claim the prize within one day from the time the award notification was sent, is found ineligible, or does not complete and return required declarations or releases within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected.

Receipt of the prize is conditioned upon compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

If the Winner violates any of these Official Rules, the Winner may be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion, and all privileges as Winner will be immediately terminated.

Unless otherwise stated by the Sponsor, limit one prize per household.

Rights Granted By You

By submitting an entry into this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to email, name, text, video, photo, or other content, You understand and agree that the Sponsor, any individual acting on the Sponsor's behalf, and the licensees, successors, and assigns of the Sponsor shall, where permitted by law, have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, worldwide, and without limitation, your submission, name, photo, portrait, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, promotional, trade, information, and public relations purposes without further notice, review, consent, compensation, or remuneration.

Terms And Conditions

In its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the Sponsor's control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the Sweepstakes.

The Sponsor may determine the Winner based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after any corrective action taken by the Sponsor.

Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the Sweepstakes or website, or who violate these Terms and Conditions, will be disqualified by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

The Sponsor has the right to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes and to void votes or entries for any reason, including but not limited to multiple entries from the same user, multiple entries from the same computer beyond the number allowed by the Sweepstakes rules, or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.

Attempts by any entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.

If any such attempt is made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation Of Liability

Your entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes Your agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Win A Giveaway, and their subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes and/or from accepting, possessing, using, or misusing any awarded prize or portion thereof.

This release also applies to any type of technical failure, unavailability or inaccessibility of transmissions, phone or Internet service, unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or promotion, electronic error, or human error in the promotion administration or processing of entries.

Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws stated by the Sponsor, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.

The Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in this promotion, that if any disputes cannot be resolved between the Entrant and the Sponsor, and if causes of action arise out of or are connected with this Sweepstakes, they shall be individually resolved exclusively before the court or forum selected by the Sponsor, without resorting to any form of class action where permitted by law.

Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering this Sweepstakes. The participant waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased where permitted by law.
